Problems with justified text Open Office

The text should be like this:

xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xx
xxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx
xxxx xx xxxx

But it is like this:

xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xx
xxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx
xxxx                xx                  xxxx.

This is how it should be done:
Format - Paragraph - Alignment - Justified - Last line: Left - OK

With Clear Formatting, it becomes this again:

xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
xxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxx
xxxx xx xxxx

I repeat the procedure above and get this again:

xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xx
xxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx

What should I do to solve the problem?
